Shadowmourne

Announced at BlizzCon! No Frostmourne from the Lich King :( but at least there's a new Legendary!

From Ghostcrawler (a blizzard poster): Anyone capable of using a two-handed axe can use Shadowmourne. The stat allocation may not benefit hunters or shamans as much as warriors, DKs or paladins. (08/24/2009 09:06:57 AM PDT)

How to make Shadowmourne!
Arthas's hammer starts the quest line to create Shadowmourne. Next you must have a master blacsmith(axesmith) use Saronite (from Yogg-Saron). Then you must use the axe to defeat powerful Scourge, likely the bosses of Icecrown Citadel. Then finally, you must use fragment from the Froze Throne to complete Shadowmourne. Then you must bring Shadow's Edge to Highlord Darion Mograine. (as of 18 November 2009)
